Delivery and Returns

The cost of delivery is as follows:

Standard delivery (Mainland GB only)

All next working days will need to be ordered before 2pm. If your order is made after 2pm, we may still be able to ship it to you for the next day, please call 01643 702929 to check.

Please note that Working Days are Monday-Friday. We do not currently offer any weekend deliveries. If you wish to have a delivery on Saturday or Sunday, please call us to discuss a quote.

Northern Ireland - £12.00

European Delivery - £12.00, £14.00, £16.00, £20.00 or £30.00 depending on location

UK Delivery
Delivery times may vary according to availability. Any representations made as to delivery times are limited to England, Wales and Scotland. We will not assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons out of our control. 

•    We will accept full responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
•    In the unlikely event of a delay receiving your order please contact us within 21 days of placing the order to allow us to track this efficiently. For any lost orders to be replaced or refunded, please allow 15 working days from date the delivery was due for the courier to investigate, process the claim and declare as lost.
•    Please note - British Forces Post Office/address (BFPO) orders can only be delivered on the standard delivery service. BFPO orders cannot be tracked.
•    Next Working Day Delivery, Next Working Day Pre 12pm and Next Working Day Pre 10.30am are available until 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

European Delivery
European Delivery times may vary according to availability. Any representations made as to delivery times are limited to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (inc Monaco), Germany, Greece (inc Islands), Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We will not assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons out of our control. 

•    European Delivery is a 3 – 7 day service.
•    We will accept full responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
•    In the unlikely event of a delay receiving your order please contact us within 21 days of placing the order to allow us to track this efficiently. For any lost orders to be replaced or refunded, please allow 15 working days from date the delivery was due for the courier to investigate, process the claim and declare as lost.
•    A telephone number must be included for tracking purposes.

Returns

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

•    Items to be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.
•    Include all labels and swing tags.
•    Indicate reason for return.
•    Only items purchased at the Tony Pryce Online Shop can be returned to us.
•    Items bought from online can be returned to one of our stores.
•    For hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable. Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene label intact. 
•    The cost of the item will be refunded to your card as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order.
•    We guarantee a 'no-quibble' refund for any items you may not be completely satisfied with. Just return your order within 28 days of the dispatch date.

Returning Fitbit Products

Please note, the normal refund policy does not apply to Fitbit products.

A refund or exchange for unwanted items which are in the original, unopened packaging (seals must be intact) can be processed within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Your legal rights to a refund or exchange, in certain circumstances, are unaffected by the above.

Please retain your receipt. Returns, even if faulty, cannot be refunded or exchanged without a valid proof of purchase. If you experience any technical issues with your product, please contact Fitbit.

Exchanges
•    Items can be exchanged subject to availability. If an exchange is requested and stock is not available a refund will be processed.  

Click and Collect Service
We offer a Click and Collect service which customers can select at point of purchase. After paying for the goods online you can select your preferred store to which you would like the goods delivered. When the goods are available in store you will be notified via email and the goods will be held in the specified store for 14 days. Upon collecting the goods you need to present a print out of the notification email containing your order reference number. If you forget this, a valid form of ID such as a passport or driving license can be used.


If goods are not collected within 14 days and we have not received notification as to why, we reserve the right to return products to stock without offering a refund.

If we are notified via clickandcollect@tonyprycesports.co.uk that the goods are no longer required within 14 days, we will refund the amount to the card with which the purchase was made.

Click and collect FAQ’s:
When will I pay for my Click and Collect items?
Items will be paid for online, at the checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive in store?
We estimate that goods will be in store within 3 – 5 working days. During exceptionally busy periods, this may vary slightly.

How will I know when my order is in store?
You will receive a notification email. From receipt of the email, your order will be held in store for 14 days. Please see section 4 for further details.

Can someone else collect goods on my behalf?
Yes, as long as they have the print out of the email confirmation and proof of ID. They will be required to sign for the goods on your behalf and to provide a contact telephone number and address.

How do I return Click and Collect items?
You can return Click and Collect items to store within 14 days, packaged with the Click and Collect returns label affixed. Goods must be in saleable condition (as detailed in section 2.1). Once the goods have been received at the Web Distribution Centre, we will process a refund to the card which the purchase was made with.

I have placed a Click and Collect order but have not heard anything for 14 days, what should I do?
If you have placed an order and have not received confirmation of it being available in store after 14 days, please contact us via info@tonyprycesports.co.uk and 01643 702929.
